Found in my secret location - family run vintage place in the middle of Czech Republic.
Great quality of the garment, probably hand made (by a professional) or prepared by some small manufacture. It has cotton under-armpits pads for comfort and soaking any perspiration, they can be easily removed if needed by cutting white threads around. It also has little loops that go through the underwear straps and keep the blouse in place.
