Thank you for shopping at Radost Manufacure!

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.  

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us. 

Interpretation and Definitions 

Interpretation 

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. 

Definitions 

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: 

  • Company” (referred to as either "the Company", “Radost”, "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Ewa Malgorzata Syrek Salaterska, Chudenicka 1059/30, 102 00 Praha 15, Praha, Czech Republic 

  • Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service. 

  • Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. 

  • Service” refers to the Website. 

  • Website” refers to Radost Manufacture, accessible from www.radostmanufacture.com 

  • You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. 

Your Order Cancellation Rights - 14‑day Right of Withdrawal

If you buy online or otherwise at a distance as a consumer within the EU/EEA, you have 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

  • How to exercise: Send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing (email to radost.manufacture@gmail.com is fine). Please see the model withdrawal section below.

  • Refund scope: When you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost (i.e., the least expensive standard delivery offered at checkout).

  • Refund timing: We process your refund within 14 days from the day you notify us; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earliest.

  • Return deadline: Send back the goods within 14 days of telling us you’re withdrawing.

  • Return shipping cost: You pay the cost of returning the goods to us unless we explicitly state otherwise.

  • Condition & handling: You may handle goods only to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (as you would in a shop). If there is any loss in value due to handling beyond that, we may deduct that amount from your refund in accordance with EU law.

Withdrawal exceptions:

  • Items made to your specifications, custom‑made, clearly personalized, or significantly altered at your request.

  • Other exceptions provided by law (e.g., goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly, sealed items not suitable for return for health protection/hygiene reasons once unsealed, etc.).

Note: One‑of‑a‑kind upcycled items that are not customized for you are generally not excluded from the statutory right and can be returned under the 14‑day rule.

Our 30‑day “Love It or Loop It” Return (commercial policy)

We want textiles to live full, happy lives. Letting your clothes and accessories lie unused in the back of your closet isn’t sustainable. Before the fabric of a forgotten item decomposes, it’s better to let it live with someone else. Because of that, we offer a special 30‑day “Love It or Loop It” guarantee—just in case you decide the purchased product isn’t for you. You can send it back, and we’ll make sure it finds its final destination home.

How it works:

  • Window: Up to 30 days from delivery (calendar days).

  • Eligibility: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in perfect, resaleable condition, with tags/labels intact where applicable. Does not apply to custom/personalized items unless agreed otherwise in writing. If the item is not in perfect condition, we may reject the return under this commercial policy.

  • What you receive:

    • Days 1–14: Covered by your statutory right of withdrawal (Section 1).

    • Days 15–30: Refund of the product price (original delivery cost not refunded).

  • Return shipping cost: You pay the cost of sending the product back to us for all Love It or Loop It returns.

Unlimited Repair Guarantee (commercial policy)

Used textiles can be imperfect—and we actually love those imperfections. But we don’t love when something that could still be used tears, breaks, and can’t be worn anymore. Hence an unlimited repair guarantee for Radost products.

Options:

  1. DIY guidance — We advise you how to fix it yourself.

  2. Local repair — We help you find a local professional.

  3. Send it to us — You send the product to us and we repair it.

Costs & shipping:

  • Customer pays shipping to Radost for all repair requests.

  • For DIY or local repair, you cover all repair costs; Radost does not reimburse costs for repairs you arrange yourself or locally.

  • If you send it to us, Radost covers the repair cost and pays return shipping back to you after the repair is completed.

Fair‑use / refusals: We may reasonably refuse to apply the unlimited repair guarantee where the reported issue is minimal or insignificant (e.g., ordinary wear and tear not affecting use), or where repair is technically impossible or unsafe. We will advise alternative options where possible.

Statutory rights: This commercial guarantee does not limit your legal guarantee of conformity (Section 6).

How to start a return or repair How to start a return or repair

  1. Email us at radost.manufacture@gmail.com with your order number, name, and whether it’s a withdrawal, Love It or Loop It return, or an unlimited repair request.

  2. Wait until we confirm your request.

  3. Please return items clean and, where applicable, in their original condition and packaging. Pack items securely. Keep your proof of postage.

Refund timing & method

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method (or otherwise by mutual agreement).

  • For statutory withdrawals, we refund within 14 days of your notice (we may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return).

  • For Love It or Loop It returns (days 15–30), we process refunds after we receive and inspect the item.

Who pays for shipping (summary)

  • Return shipping to Radost: Customer pays for all returns and repair shipments to us.

  • Original delivery to you: If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the standard outbound delivery cost you originally paid. For Love It or Loop It returns after day 14, original delivery costs are not refunded.

  • Return shipping back to you after our repair: Radost pays when the item was repaired by us.

Cross‑border returns

We ship from the Czech Republic. International return postage and any import formalities are the customer’s responsibility. Please mark the parcel as “Returned goods” to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

Exclusions & clarifications

  • Custom/personalized/made‑to‑measure items are excluded from the 14‑day withdrawal right. Our 30‑day Love It or Loop It may apply only by prior written agreement.

  • Nothing in this policy affects non‑waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

Returning Goods Address

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

PLEASE CONFIRM THE ADDRESS WITH US BEFORE SENDING

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. 

Gifts 

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, they cannot be refunded in any case.
